Our aim is to make dental treatments accessible to all. Finances are one of the biggest dental barriers preventing individuals reaching for dental care. At MDS fees are kept ot minimum, no hidden fees, and any additional fees will be discussed prior to treatment.

Cancellation Policy
Please advise us as soon as possible if you need to rearrange an appointment so that we can offer your time to someone who is in urgent need of dental care.
WE KINDLY REQUEST 24HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE.
AS WE TURN AWAY OTHER PATIENTS TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, ANY MISSED OR SHORT NOTICE CANCELLED APPOINTMENT MAY ATTRACT A CANCELLATION FEE.
- Rescheduling or cancelling appointments with MORE than 24 hours notice is absolutely fine and we will be more than accommodating.
- Rescheduling or cancelling appointments with LESS than 24 hours notice needs a worthy reason as we understand things happen, cancellations for the first time for feeling ill, and/ or emergencies etc will not attract a cancellation fee. However, if you wish to make a second booking then we require an appointment holding fee of $100 which, if you keep your appointment, will be taken off your cost of treatment or refunded if the treatment does not cost up to the $100.
- Procedures that require long appointments, such as teeth whitening, require 50% deposit paid a week before the appointment.
