Our aim is to make dental treatments accessible to everyone. We understand that finances can be a major barrier to seeking dental care. At Mobile Dentistry Services, we keep fees to a minimum, with no hidden costs, and will always discuss any additional charges with you before starting treatment.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to someone urgently needing dental care.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice. Since we reserve appointment times specifically for you, missed appointments or cancellations with short notice may incur a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
- Rescheduling or cancelling appointments with more than 24 hours’ notice is absolutely fine, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
- For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, we ask for a valid reason. We understand that things happen, first-time cancellations due to illness or emergencies will not incur a cancellation fee. However, if you need to rebook a second appointment after a short-notice cancellation, we require an appointment holding fee of $100. This fee will be deducted from your treatment cost or refunded if your treatment costs less than $100.
- Please note that procedures requiring longer appointments, such as teeth whitening, need a 50% deposit paid at least one week before the scheduled appointment.
